Former state lawmaker from Cleveland passes away, leaving legacy of humor and compassion.

A former state lawmaker from Cleveland who championed the needs of poor, sick, and minorities has passed away. Former Democratic Representative Michael DeBose, who had been suffering from Parkinson’s disease in recent years, passed away from an infection early Monday. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports on the mark DeBose left on the legislature.
