An Ohio House committee is recommending approval of a bill that Republicans say would repeal the election reform law that’s up for referendum this November. But Democrats say the bill doesn’t repeal the law. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports the controversy depends on how you define "repeal". |
