Gov. John Kasich has been taking some ribbing, following a minor crash his car was involved in. A bus hit a car and pushed it into one in which was a passenger. Jokes have surfaced for two reasons. First, Kasich used to say that if special interests didn’t end their push for special treatment, his bus would run them over. Second, a Columbus police officer who helped investigate this roadway accident was the same one that Kasich once called an idiot for allegedly disrespecting him four years ago, in citing him for a traffic violation. Here’s the governor’s take on this latest incident. |
