Gov. John Kasich was supposed to be on a conference call with reporters this afternoon, in support of Mitt Romney a day before President Obama comes to Cleveland. But instead, he made a surprise visit to the Ohio Senate to thank the Republican-dominated body for passing his big budget update. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler was there. |
