Ohio is making a bid to become the lead plaintiff in a class-action lawsuit against the Exxon-Mobil Oil Company. Ohios Attorney General says the move might insure that two major government pension funds get reimbursed for stock losses, but, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the move ALSO sparks questions about campaign contributions that could help the A.G. be elected governor in 2006. |
