It was last June when the Ohio Senate approved a bill to limit court suit damage awards for pain and suffering, but the proposal has stalled in the House of Representatives. Now comes word from a key legislative leader that the earliest the House will vote on the bill is November. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
