Ohio legislators are considering passing a new law declaring that obese people should not be allowed to blame their own health problems on fast-food restaurants and food manufacturers. The food industry would be shielded against lawsuits, if bills being considered this week in Senate and House committees ever became law. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has more on the story. |
