Behind closed doors, a few Ohio legislators are trying to craft a massive tax reform proposal. It could have big winners and big losers and the tax burden could shift among various groups, businesses, and families. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports there are actually three quite different perspectives on how the tax laws should be changed. |
