In Other States, Rulings On Lethal Injection Vary.

An Ohio death row inmate is waiting to see if a federal appeals court spares him from an execution that’s scheduled for Wednesday morning. His lawyers contend that the lethal injection would be cruel and unusual punishment, banned by the U.S. Constitution. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports that rulings in similar cases from other states are conflicting.
