The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency says people living around a manufacturing plant in Portsmouth should not be overly worried about their health. The plant used to churn out coke, a fuel thats made from coal. A recent EPA report on air quality surrounding the plant showed high levels of carcinogens in the air. Ohio Public Radios Jo Ingles has details. |
