For the first time, you will pay Ohio’s five per cent sales on many services, if Governor Bob Taft gets his way. It’s just part of a complex package of tax changes that Taft says are needed to plug a continuing shortfall of dollars in Ohio’s treasury. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen’s files this report.
