More spending cuts are looming for schools, universities, and senior citizen programs across Ohio. At least that’s what Governor Bob Taft is warning, now that it’s clear that state senators plan to approve a state budget fix that does not include a tax increase. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
