It's Official: $1 Billion Hole in New State Budget.

Higher taxes, cutbacks in government programs, or perhaps a mix of both could be on the way for Ohio. That’s because state legislators have just gotten the official word, the proposed new two year state budget that the Senate and the House of Representatives have approved is short on money, big money! Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports on that and on ideas lawmakers have for plugging the gap.
