Job Losses and the 'Do Not Call' List.
By Bill Cohen - September 8, 2003
Consumers have put more than 40 million telephone numbers onto the new “do-not-call” list the federal government is setting up. Starting October 1, telemarketers are supposed to check the list and not call any of the numbers on it.
