There’s a new wrinkle in that ongoing campaign to legalize video slot machines at seven Ohio racetracks. The proposal is in limbo in the legislature, so its main sponsor is agreeing to some changes. He’s hoping that will attract enough votes among legislators to put the plan onto the statewide ballot for voters to decide. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the latest. |
