A common pleas court judge in Cincinnati has ruled that Ohio's ban on carrying
concealed weapons is unconstitutional. The state attorney general is appealing
the decision. It could eventually have an impact statewide, and it's already sparking
speculation about what the fall-out may be for a plan in the legislature that
would legalize concealed weapons. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen filed this
