Today a national report on treatment of homeless people was released. In it
52 cities including Cleveland were named as trying to make homelessness illegal.
But, the Northeast Ohio coalition for the Homeless or NEOCH says hopefully a new
administration will mean a new approach to homelessness in the city. 90.3's Tarice
Sims reports. |
