Should violent 10 and 11 year-old criminals be sent to youth detentioncenters? Ohio legislators recently answered that question with a "yes." Governor Bob Taft countered with an executive order thatbasically said "no." And now it appears that that "no" will be thefinal answer. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
