Education leaders throughout Ohio were looking to Governor Bob Taft to use his state of the state address to outline his plans for changing the way the state pays for schools.
The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled the current method unconstitutional, and has given the state until June to fix it. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, the educators are not sure if the governor's proposals are enough to satisfy the court. |
