Conservatives Tell Taft Davidson Cannot Be Lieutenant Governor.

Some conservative republicans say they don't think Governor Taft should have appointed former Ohio house speaker Jo Ann Davidson as the interim director of the Ohio department of Job and Family Services. Davidson has been tapped to serve as the head of the department that handles child support payments, employment services, and medicaid since former director Jacqui Romer Sensky resigned last week.

The conservatives say Davidson is not qualified to serve in this position. And, as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, they're issuing a warning to Governor Taft.
