Next year, the U.S. mint will begin churning out a special 25 cent piece that
honors Ohio as the 17th state to join the union. A special committee has been
looking at hundreds of designs for the new quarter submitted by artists, sculptors,
and "just plain folks," and now the panel has made its final recommendation. Statehouse
correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
