The Ohio Supreme Court has set a third execution date for death row inmate Jay D. Scott. Scott has come within an hour of being put to death -- twice during the past two months. Statehouse correspondent Jo Ingles reports there is still a possibility that an 11th hour stay could be granted this time around too. |
