In one week, lawyers for Ohio schools and lawyers for the governor and legislators
are supposed to file their final legal briefs in the ongoing school funding controversy.
Lawmakers insist they've boosted aide to education enough to satisfy last year's
order from the Ohio Supreme Court. But the schools say the job is only half done.
As the deadline looms, both sides are arguing over what memos and documents state
officials should turn over to the schools. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen
