| LTV Steel Seeks Labor Concessions. |

The bankrupt LTV Steel Corporation wants to end its labor agreement with the
United Steel Workers and trim retiree benefits. The company says it is the only
way the struggling steel maker can stay afloat. But union officials and local
politicians are fighting the move. Kevin Neidermier from WKSU reports.
