The Northeast Ohio Congressional delegation has just introduced new legislation
to help LTV Steel. With the company's westside plant clinging to life on "hot-idle"
and the entire operation still bleeding money, Cleveland-area representative Dennis
Kucinich announced the latest move to help keep the plant open. From WCPN in Cleveland,
