Drug abuse among Ohio prison inmates has dropped to a ten year low.At least, that's what corrections officials are saying after doing their annual testing on a representative group of about one-fifth of the prisoners.The tests show that less than one per cent of the inmates have been on illegal drugs. A spokeswoman for the Ohio Corrections Department, Andrea Dean, says that's good news. She talked with Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen: |
