Some big decisions are expected this week from a key group of Ohio legislators
who are trying to plug a $1.5 billion hole in the state budget. At stake are millions
of dollars for Ohio businesses, a possible expansion of the state lottery, and
possible tax savings for Ohio shoppers. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has
