It will be at least one more day before LTV workers know if they'll have jobs.
Judge William Boda plans to wrap up the company's bankruptcy hearing with closing
arguments tomorrow. Union leader Dave McCall still has hope. He says the Cleveland
mill could stay open if all sides were willing |

| Two Cleveland congressman, meanwhile, say federal action to slow steel imports could be coming any day now; and a deal to make it easier for LTV to get another loan could be as little as ten days away. Still, company leaders tell the judge that LTV cannot be saved. |
