Several Ohio women who have been receiving child support checks are charging
the state government with illegally strong-arming them to pay back overpayments.
Their lawyer has filed suit in federal court to limit the state in its demands
for paybacks, but Ohio child support officials insist their request for reimbursement
is legal and proper. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
