Southeast Ohio environmentalists and Gallia County school officials want answers
from American Electric Power. That company earlier this week reached an agreement
to buy the village of Cheshire -- where one of its plants is located. But, as
Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, some of the plant's neighbors are questioning
their safety in the wake of the agreement. |
