As Ohio legislators continue debating how to plug a $1.7 billion hole in the state budget, conservative Republicans have won several victories. They've inserted amendments in the House version of the budget fix bill that would limit state spending in the next few years. That sparks a question - what will happen if the Ohio Supreme Court orders lawmakers to spend millions more every year on schools? Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
