That proposal to legalize concealed weapons in Ohio has had more than a dozen hearings in legislative committees, but it has yet to move to the floor of the Ohio Senate for a vote by all 33 senators. Critics of the plan are charging the delay is actually part of a plot to pass the bill later. But supporters of the bill say that's nonsense. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has both sides of the story. |
