President Bush has declared six Ohio counties "disaster areas," due to the tornadoes that struck 10 days ago. That opens the door for federal aid to people in Hancock, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Seneca, and Van Wert counties. Dick Kimmins speaks for Ohio's Emergency Management Agency. He talked with statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen. |

| That's Dick Kimmins of Ohio's Emergency Management Agency. He says that people in the six counties may even get reimbursed for extraordinary agricultural expenses and for funeral costs. Five Ohioans died when the twisters struck. |
