The State School Board has set the passing threshold for parts of Ohio’s tougher new high school graduation test. The new exam that next year’s sophomores and all classes after them will have to pass to get a diploma is two grade levels harder than Ohio’s current graduation test. But some critics are charging the new passing threshold is way too low. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
