| Recycling Comes to the State Fair. |

For the first time, recycling bins are being provided for visitors to the Ohio State Fair. 600 bins will be at the Ohio Expo Center year-round, to take in trash from not only the Fair but various other events. Ron Kolbash is the chief of the division of recycling at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, and says it's about time. |
