A truce has been called in a twenty-year battle over cleaning up pollution in Ohio rivers. The Ohio EPA and the U.S. E.P.A. have agreed to settle a lawsuit filed by environmental groups. As statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the pact calls for the governmental agencies to take action….but THEY insist they are ALREADY doing it. |
