By Vincent Duffy - September 19, 2004 Earlier this month, Ohio became the first state in the nation to bar individuals exposed to cancer causing asbestos from suing if they are not sick. But the new law is in court because opponents says it is retroactive in nature. Vincent Duffy from member station WKSU reports.
