Anti-gay marriage supporters come up short, but issue could still make the ballot.

It’s now official – the group seeking to put a proposed constitutional amendment onto the Ohio ballot to ban gay marriage has fallen short in its petition drive. But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, there is a still a strong possibility the issue will appear on the ballot.
