Morgan County is a "red" county - registered Republicans outnumber Democrats three to one. Morgan County backed George Bush in 2000. But after the county lost jobs and reported the highest unemployment rate in the state, some are wondering if they should cast that same vote this year. WOUB's Rachel Durst has the story. |
