For weeks, Ohio Republicans have planned to have monitors inside polling places to point out cases of alleged voter registration fraud. But Monday, two federal judges ruled that monitors won't be allowed inside, and the Ohio Attorney General is asking for a stay, saying keeping challengers out will call the legitimacy of Ohio's election into question.
