Ohio voters who are challenging President Bush’s election victory in court are facing more and more arguments against them. Earlier this week, the Bush campaign filed a motion asking Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Tom Moyer to throw out the lawsuit. That motion claims that there’s no evidence to back up the challengers’ charge that vote tabulators were rigged to steal votes from John Kerry and transfer them to the president. Now, critics of the election challenge are facing opposition from Ohio’s attorney general. He has some different arguments for tossing out the lawsuit. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
