After last month's serious ice storm, thousands of Ohioans waited several days before their electricity was restored. Some complained that electric companies didn’t do a good enough job. Governor Bob Taft asked the Public Utilities Commission to investigate, and PUCO chairman Alan Schriber has responded. But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, the official response doesn’t give a good grade or a bad grade to the utility companies' efforts. |
