Poor people, their advocates, and medical professionals gave some key Ohio legislators an earful Friday. The activists predicted that proposed cuts in free medical care for low-income adults will be devastating for people’s health, and will actually cost state government more money in the long-run. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
