Some Ohio anti-abortion activists have come up with an unusual strategy to overturn the landmark 1973 U.S. Supreme Court that legalized abortion. They want state legislators here to ban all abortions, even though they acknowledge that law would be unconstitutional. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen explains. |
