An election reform measure lies in limbo in the Ohio legislature as lawmakers enjoy a summer break from regular sessions. But one outspoken opponent of that bill says someone should be taking a close look at it. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles, The Ohio League of Women Voter’s Peg Rosenfield explains the summer is a perfect time for a bipartisan panel to take a second look at the proposed legislation. Despite the lobbying efforts by Rosenfield and others, there is no plan to assemble a panel to study the election reform bill over the summer. |
