Some Ohio telephone customers will soon be paying higher phone bills. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles, Ryan Lippe of the Ohio Consumers Counsel explains phone company S B C is raising fees for some services. The OCC appealed the ruling that allows S B C to raise its rate but the high court decided in favor of the phone company. |
