Some Ohio legislators say the U.S. Supreme Court has gone overboard in granting cities the eminent domain power to take houses and storefronts for economic development, and the lawmakers are now looking at two different plans to “get around” the most recent court ruling. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
