House okays "three-strikes" legislation, over concerns from Democrats.

The Ohio House of Representatives this week passed and sent to the senate an anti-crime bill that many call "three strikes and you’re out.” The measure aims to crack down on repeat violent offenders, but it’s softer than a controversial law California has had for years. Still, the Ohio plan came under fire from minority Democrats in the House. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the highlights from the debate.
