Ohio lawmakers are poised to pass an election reform bill that will make big changes how voters cast their ballots in the future. The measure is expected to pass along party lines, with majority Republicans supporting it and Democrats voting against it. Opponents of the election reform bill concede their side is probably going to lose this battle. But if they do, some say they are not ready to accept it. Cliff Arnebeck says opponents of this bill are not ruling out the possibly putting the issue on the ballot so voters can decide it in the future.

The election reform bill contains a variety of new voting rules, including a provision requiring all voters to show identification when they vote. |
