One of the Democratic candidates for attorney general says the state is breaking the law. And Subodh Chandra says his first order of business would be to send a strong message to members of Ohio’s General Assembly.
Chandra says the role of the attorney general is to be the top lawyer for the people of Ohio, not to protect state agencies or elected office holders. Lawmakers have invested millions of dollars into schools in recent years. And while the Ohio Supreme Court is not yet saying lawmakers have done enough for schools, it is leaving the issue up to lawmakers. |
